The Fat Fowl Restaurant, situated in the centre of Bradford on Avon is a bustling licensed cafe during the day, a quality restaurant in the evening and everything in between..... Head Chef Gary Say favours a provincial style of cooking using local suppliers. Our menu is truly season and bearing that in mind changes on a regular basis dependant on what produce is available from local suppliers.

To celebrate being awarded Chef Of The Year 2008 by the Wiltshire life Initiative The Roost was launched with a Tapas menu in May of last year.

At The Roost the idea is simple.... to be able to offer individual taster-size portions of tapas with a good bottle of wine and equally good live music.

Once again quality is not compromised, all tapas is cooked to order with home cured meats and our own hot smoked fish. Locally sourced suppliers are used where possible with specialist produdce, olives, Iberico choirizo brought in direct from small producers in Spain.
